We purchased this for our dog a few months ago as she lost use of her front legs. Unfortunately, she is no longer with us and we no longer need it. The wheels are a bit dirty, but it’s in good condition. The wheelchair is modular, so the front wheels can be removed if only the back wheels are necessary.

Box and instructions have been trashed/lost. I’m sure the company can provide more information.
